Share Inventory Link with Your Trading Partners!

BoxHero is pleased to introduce our new feature, Inventory Link. With this feature, you can securely share your inventory information in real time with others such as your clients. ‌‌‌‌The Inventory Link feature provides the following benefits:

1. Inventory Info Sharing: You can share real-time inventory status with external users who are not registered as your team members, including your clients, by generating a link.
2. Customizable Info Setting: You can share only necessary information by selecting specific products, displaying inventory availability or quantity, and customizing any other inventory-related information.
3. Secure Info Sharing: You can create different links for each trading partner with selected inventory information only.
4. Real-time information: You do not have to update the trading partners every time inventory information changes, as the generated link reflects the latest inventory status.

How to Generate Inventory Link

Under the Inventory Link menu, you can create a new link by clicking the +Add button on the top right. From the settings panel on your left-hand side, customize the information displayed on the link.

• Select Products: Choose which products to share
• Inventory Quantity: Display inventory quantity or just availability to share
• Prices: Indicate purchase price, sales price, or both.
• Product Attributes: Select which product attributes to share.

How to Use the Generated Inventory Link

Share the link with whomever you want without worrying about unauthorized modification of the inventory status or data security issues.

From the Inventory Link, you or the external personnel can do the followings:

• View the real-time inventory status at the time of generating the link.
• Search products by keywords.
• Download the product list with inventory information as an Excel file by clicking the Export Excel button.

The Inventory Link feature could be conveniently used on PC and mobile browsers.
